I recently purchased a Tesla Model Y from Aim Autos, and I honestly couldn't be happier with the experience!

I first spoke with Harish, who was incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable. He set such a positive tone right from the start. I then dealt with Richard, who was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. His communication was brilliant, everything was explained clearly, and nothing was too much trouble.

To top it all off, Richard even delivered the car to our home, such a thoughtful touch and genuinely above-and-beyond service.

We'd had a horrible previous experience buying a Tesla from elsewhere to the point we ended up returning the car, so we were a bit anxious going into this. But Aim Autos completely turned that around. This experience was smoother, kinder, and far more professional in every way.

We absolutely love our new Model Y, and I can't recommend Aim Autos, Harish, and Richard enough. If you want a stress-free, honest, and genuinely enjoyable car-buying experience, this is the place to go!

5 star service from start to finish. I was reluctant with who to sale or return my Audi r8 with as in the past I've had bad experience with dealers who take weeks to picture and advertise the car, then don't push sale or return cars like they do there own stock and my cars ended up taking months to not sell! Then I've only received minimum communication from the dealer to discuss any interest they've had in the car.

Completely different experience with AIM, the car was pictured within 2 days (I dropped the car on a Saturday when they weren't open and car was pictured and advertised Monday). Myself and Harish had a good conversation about what price to market the car at and we knew we essentially had a great opportunity to get maximum money for the car as there were very few on the market. Price agreed and car advertised, I was then kept up to date with any interest the car had, Harish even calling me at 7/8pm which I loved cause I knew he was giving it maximum effort! Within 2 weeks the car was sold and I returned £4000 more than what I was getting offered elsewhere to trade the car in. I've since sent multiple friends to aim and I couldn't recommend them enough. If you have any doubts of who to chose to S.O.R your car AIM would be my first recommendation! Thanks again to the boys at AIM Motors 10/10 from start to finish!

I can't reccomend Rob and AIM Autos highly enough. Just purchased my M2 from Rob and the team. The 12 hour round trip was well worth it especially that drive home. The customer service was out of the world, regardless what time I messaged Rob at, I would get a response back within 1-2 hours max. There was no pushy sale's person tactics, just a pure petrol head speaking about cars.

Brilliant Customer Service, Stress Free Experience
Rob was fantastic. We originally enquired after a Qashqai but it had just sold. After listening to what we needed in a new car, Rob was able to advise that he had some coming into stock later that month that were perfect for what I needed. After wasting 3 Saturdays at other dealerships I was relieved and the whole experience was totally stress free which was appreciated given I am 5 months pregnant and have a 1 year old son! Caught a train from the South Coast to North Yorkshire to see a Audi SQ5. I've owned one before and 8 other Audi's so prepared to travel for the right spec car. Rob from AIM offered to meet me at the Station. The car is immaculate, he let me check it over without any pressure or sales gobbledegook, and didn't hesitate to let me take it for a thorough drive and check. I noted he only had decent cars for sale, and all on very good condition. I fell for this SQ5, the buying process, warranty offered and paperwork faff all sorted easily by him. The drive back to Hampshire was a joy - a low mileage well maintained Audi without the usual Pan Sunroof irritating rattle. Thoroughly recommend AIM Autos!

The smoothest car buying experience I have ever had. They couldn't have been more helpful. I rang them and they arranged a viewing of cars that I had asked for the next day, And the cars were superb. The car that I chose was ready for me to collect within a couple of days and everything went through smoothly. Good luck to what is obviously a new business and so much nicer than dealing with main line dealers. I would highly recommend them.
